********************Update From NetDirekt*****************
Hi,

the main Problem is that the switch does not allow is tu bundle ports into a Port-Channel to provide sufficient Uplink Bandwith. We have the similiar set-up with the same switch already running so we need to chekc where the differences are. For now it looks like that the firmware is different and the port-channel is creating a layer2 loop. We are already in contact with the vendor to sort this out asap.

Hello

Hi,
I ordered a KS-L400 today. I received server details immediately after payment. I have to say, very fast service. However, when I logged into the vps control panel I saw I got the wrong server, that is I got the KS-L300.

@KnowinServers - Can you please check and see what went wrong. I was kind a excited to use my new vps, but seeing I got the wrong server I did not change anything so please get back to me as soon as possible.

P.S. I also noticed that there is a bandwidth limit. It showed 1000GB. Isn't the server supposed to be unmetered? I am sorry I am posting so many problems, I am kind of new to all this. Please help me out.

Thank You.

@bachbell - Thank you for the quick answer.

I always wondered what the difference between 'unmetered' and 'unlimited' is. Just google'd it and it seems like theres no difference. But still confused that if it is unmetered, why would they limit the connection hypothetically saying you have used too much bandwidth. Isn't unmetered mean unmeasured? :S

Anyway, its good to know that KS does not limit as long as I get to use atleast 2TB-3TB per month :P

always theres a limit ... unmetered means that if you use more bandwith that "normal" they'll will provide you the necessary bw without extra fee thats what i understand by "unmetered"

The last few days were very difficult for us and would like to thank NetDirekt for working on it.Netdirket's Gbit backbone has got a little unreliable,
but their 100 Mbps works great though.
Anyways Flex, i have some different plans for you, catch you online soon .

Hey,

I purchased a VPS a few days ago and the setup time was instant. I haven't used support as of yet, as the VPS is working absolutely fine. The users I'm hosting have had 0 issues. I've purchased another one today and I'll see how the speed is for that one :).

Overall an excellent host, Thank you.

Hello mate,
the server upload speeds were fixed last week itself.
unfortunately there is not special fix for hotfile speeds.

Regards

Hello
Viper, solusvm is a VPS management panel and cPanel is web hosting panel
both are different and cannot be replaced by each other.

Thank you
