The most interesting thing is that just recently a user wrote here that he made two purchases using his files, but only one was counted! A similar case... I wonder how many more instances of the service's dishonest operation will it take for something to change?! I won't even mention the customer support: they don't answer questions at all and don't give precise answers! I once asked why the statistics on the main page differed from the statistics on the statistics page itself, and they told me: we collect statistics from different sources! This is certainly informative, but it doesn't answer my question.

What happened to the Summary stats in the statistics? I get bad request now and i cannot see how much this month has gathered.
Last month was bad but this one is even worse, again the 30 days charge is in the lowest of all time.

We are working on a fix, but we need more details. Please contact support regarding this issue; they will request the necessary information from you.

Sales are low simply because when the user clicks the purchase option, they are automatically given the 90-day MAX Premium Access option for $100.92.

In my opinion, it's too expensive, and users prefer not to buy anything.
yeah. I think so too. They should give us an option to disable this 90days thing at least. I have huge drop in month sales. People just close the page cuz it high price.

I dont think its the presentation price that is the problem, just the price in general is a little steep.... also there is so much more alternatives to getting content now, gofile.io is a completely free filehost that most people use in the free sharing communities and why would people pay to download when they get shit for free?

its pretty easy to understand the costumer, you have to offer something they can't find elsewhere for free as simple as that, compare the filesharing competition today compared to 5 years ago its night and day...

I did ask jeff about the pricing but never got a reply regarding it, i guess their cost for hosting the files have increased and their idea of earning more is to increase the price plans but im thinking that might have a reverse effect where it turns people more and more to the free alternatives, just as with how Netflix is starting to make their service more and more expensive and not let people share their accounts with family anymore people are eventually not ready to pay the price and start looking for other alternatives.

k2s also tezfiles - sales totally down, rebbils 0, I give other filehosts a week and there are sales, and even 365 days, that's strange, what is it? (40 posts per day)

I think nothing will change until a large number of partners leave the file-sharing service. A few people leaving won't change anything, but hundreds or even thousands leaving will have a significant impact! Ideally, I'd suggest all forum participants take a month off, say, in November. But I understand perfectly well that's unrealistic. Even if some agree, the rest will upload even more files in the hopes of earning more money. The only options are to leave or endure. Because it's all our own fault that we endure and continue working...

Finally you realize its your own fault you have no clue how work and earn money with MP.

Its fucking hilarious such a copycat wannabe uploader keeps talking about leaving.

Empy words, empty uploads and empty pockets.

I totally agree its your own fault.

Do us a favor and just leave?
What could possibly want you to stay with a host where you have no clue to make money :D

I have a few questions I'd like to ask:

Why is there no sale for 10 hours, and then suddenly multiple sales come in one after another?

Are the sales being approved manually by someone, or are they processed automatically by the system? If they are approved automatically, it's unusual to see 4–5 sales come in within 2–3 minutes after such a long gap.

My website traffic stays consistent, but while I get 100 sales one day, the next day it drops to just 5. A 90% drop in sales with the same number of visitors doesn’t seem normal.

At this point mp must be well versed in how to handle payment processor, because the hardest part of running i filehost is protecting your payment processing, ive had users tell me they cannot buy access, and then they try again 5 hours later and it suddenly gave them the option to purchase... my guess its many metrics that go into determine if a specific user is illegible for purchase, you have to understand much of the people wanting to pay are nefarious users, using stolen credit cards or what not, to allow these users to make purchase will render your relationship with the payment processor null, they will kick you out headfirst and not make business with you again, so its on the filehost responsibility to make sure each purchase is a safe purchase, so for MP its worth it in the end losing a few sales but make sure the sales they do get are valid.

I completely agree with what you said. I had never looked at it from that perspective before.

That's exactly what's happening to me, it's like they blocked sales on my sites and then, unblocked them. That's what's happening to me these days and it's not the first time it's happened.

zero on sunday - lmao.

It seems they fixed something with the payment systems — my sales have been really good for the past few days.
