Why people don't buy premium accounts, if there are many payment options?
Most of it redirect to reseller, visa works in some region mc is unavailable in most. they are adding new gateways but it may take some time to be stableWhy people don't buy premium accounts, if there are many payment options?

10% promo codes doesn't work anymore automaticly, the user must enter the promo code manually right now after clicking promo link. It is almost impossible for user to understand it from link and enter the code manually. Kindly please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Sorry, but we have discontinued support for the previous version of the web-uploader and do not plan to return it in the future. We have MP Uploader utility: https://github.com/keep2share/mp-uploader/releases. MP Uploader has the same functionality, so we did not support the web version in order not to waste resources on two identical tools.
MP Uploader has a version for both Windows and Linux. Please try it. If you have any ideas for improvements or find a flaw, we welcome any feedback. The support team is in touch in tickets or chat on your dashboard.

We accept payments from cards, but so far it is limited by GEO and a number of other parameters. This is due to the high risk of abuse from MasterCard and VISA. Therefore, we accept payments to a limited extent for the time being, gradually increasing our turnover.
Funny how everyone is complaining here because of payment methods. It is not easy to get payment methods as Filehosting. Especially when Mastercard and Visa blacklisted this business years ago. Its getting harder and harder.
And ACE and other content mafia industries will try everything to kill their earnings if they arent able to close the sites down. This is the reallity.
It is better for those websites to reorganize itself to find a way to prevent such issues. Affiliate members shouldnt blame the webmasters for issues which they could do not much against it. Its very difficult to run such business.

The MP Uploader needs drag and drop functionality as it was in browser version. It's pain in the ass If I want to upload files from many folders at once. Copying all files to one folder to upload from that folder is a waste of time.
Thanks for the feedback! I passed it on to the developers. Unfortunately, there is no information when we will be able to add this feature to the product, but I will try to make it happen.
