no we not close accounts for inactivity
but files was inactive for 90 days we delete.

when user buy 3 month after 90 month he have automatic 3 month rebill. so he not need to buy one more 3 month.
That why 3 month sales go down and rebills grow.
Longer you good working bigger earning you have.
