@KatFile I made a sale early this month but nothing happened, I thought the change of rates was automatic (PPD). How many sales per month do I have to make?
You need to have at least 20 sales to receive the higher PPD rate.

Even though I do not agree with the changes on the PPD and have to adapt to only uploading files bigger than 50 MB, I will not speculate about payments.

I am a file-sharing uploader from Taiwan, and I encountered some unusual issues today that I would like to report.
When using the web uploader, I receive an ERROR message immediately after starting an upload, and the server ID shown appears to be different each time. I also experience similar issues when downloading, with messages indicating that the connection timed out. I tested downloading files from multiple different users, and the same problem occurs in all cases.
However, my internet connection appears to be normal otherwise, and I can download files from other hosting services without any issues.
After trying a VPN, both uploading and downloading started working normally. This suggests the issue may be related to regional connectivity or network routing.
At the moment, I am not sure what the exact cause is, nor whether other users are experiencing the same issue. I am reporting this in hopes that it may help identify the problem or lead to a possible solution.
Additionally, I would like to kindly ask if you could check whether there are any issues with nodes or network routing related to Taiwan.

The new Reports section is good, it would be excellent if you can include Referer in the download details, this is to let me know where the downloaders come from.
