I have encountered some problems and have been contacting and providing feedback to you all the time, but I have not received any reply?

I have been using your space for a long time, and I really don't know why I am being restricted by you. If you don't respond or inform me, how can I pay attention and make changes? Or give an explanation?

In order to upload more efficiently, I rented a server overseas.

So there may be a situation of simultaneous logins if you have restricted some functions for me because of this.

You can check that I am logged in at the same time, but all I am doing is uploading. I have not shared my account with anyone else.


First, I found that the SAVE settings function has been disabled, so I am unable to change my revenue model and download method.

And then suddenly yesterday I found out that my Payment info has been cleared by you all!?

Because my Security lock is ON, I am unable to add Payment info information.

My registered email account was deactivated last year and I am unable to log in or use it. I have inquired about whether it can be modified, but have not received a response from you.

Is this something you intentionally did to prevent me from withdrawing my earnings??

Although I just realized it now, even if I could fill it out, I wouldn't be able to save my Payment info after you had already made my SAVE settings function disappear.

So this is your goal, to make me give up using katfile???

KatFile, over the past month, you have already deleted tens of terabytes of my files. Has KatFile encountered any issues? I have written multiple times inquiring about this but have not received any response. And the continuous mass deletion of files, why is this happening? What is the reason behind it?

Katfile automatically deletes files after a certain period. Usually, videos that haven't been downloaded for over six months will be deleted. They previously sent me an email stating that resources would be preserved for one year, but recently, it seems they reverted to the old policy.

Most of the files they recently deleted were ones I uploaded in June of this year, some of which were uploaded in the afternoon and deleted in the evening of the same day.
 
Hello,

When people buy a premium from me, but in reports I can't see on what they wanted to download they brought the premium account.

It would be nice if we could see on what file they decided to buy so more of that type of file could be considered to be uploaded.
