@KatFile This is the 3rd time my earnings on my account is suddenly lost. I should have $23.5 on my account but it's only $9.9

This is the 3rd time I'm telling you this. You just fix it and it will be low again. What scam is this?

Guys, how can we report scam here? I will give access to the admin of wj to check for himself. Katfile tries to take money from people without them knowing.

You can not even use the site options properly You clicked (Create a new 30 days account for $12.99) and you were deducted $ 12.99.

Don't try to put this on me. I never clicked on the button. EVEN SO, 23.6 - 12.99 = 10.6
My account had only 9.99 on it. Again, I never clicked on the button. If this is a new way for you to scam people. good job. We had premium account because we had so many downloads. Why would I try to get more?

Also, this happened two times before this in the last 30 days. Isn't it? Please refund the amount to my account. If not, that's OK too. There are lots of other file hostings to use.

Think first! It's not worth it for us to do this ridiculous thing at all. Either you did it yourself or your account was done by someone else. Anyway, all I can do is add $ 12.99 to your account.

$13 is nothing for me nor you, I know. This is not about the money. It's about trusting whoever you're working with.
