Do I have to wait until my current payment request is PAID to request a new payout?
Or can I request a new payout while a previous request is still PENDING?

Yes my_files will fix monday .
 
ip is the same... (public ip), I take connection from 2 devices.. my tlf and pc.. (ip from home)..
you should have better tools to it....

this is the only host that gives me problems/conflicts frecuently.....
