Please hire a professional server administrator. The service quality is unacceptable by downloaders. You shouldn't have defamed yourselves. It hurts your sales a lot. You rented so many servers. Your 40K USD can be evaporated within a few months.

All I can say is.. WOW. Has there ever been another file host out there with so many problems?

40k budget and not a cent spent on professional server admin?
