I spoke with admin a week or two ago. He said he will not pay outstanding earnings made from PPD. Only PPS earnings will be paid, and unpaid PPD earnings will only be paid if you get enough sales.

I have finally cashed out all my earnings (Bitcoin), took me three payouts, but as long as they pay, I dont mind waiting for it.. I will continue to use them for sure.
