Katfille how do you count downloads in ppd1? It's mentioned "2 - 3 times every 24 hours per IP", does it mean per IP per file, or per IP regardless the files?

stats working fine we count every 100% complete downloads .

As i can understand. They first count after download start but the money appears after the file totally downloaded
I will give it a try but

1.free users can download over 1025mb?
2.What is your file limit for free users?
