Hm... Maybe anybody have news? I think he is realy scammer.

Need wait few day, for escalete of dispute... Maybe anybody received refund?
 
I have known freebc3 for sometime now, and he's a really nice guy. And he already earns a lot man, he doesn't need to scam like this.

Paypal is...... I don`t have words, to say it. They hold scammer money, but can`t send to my back. And i pay for scammer invoice, and they can`t back my money :(

I got the same email. We both lost our cases against him. Do not worry, I will see what can be done if anything. I am firing off emails to PayPal and "Juztin Wayne" or whatever his name is as well as the BBB and see what happens...

He has taken lots of our money. Everyone who has lost their dispute should file reports at the better business bureau. This is your last resort. http://www.bbb.org/

and everything else. Hopefully you will get your money back but how ever if he calls paypal and calls it an 'tangible' item them most likely not since basically all virtual services are 'tangible' items

PayPal is supposed to protect the buyer either way.... Because the seller can just change the server information after sending payment (or not receiving it). The point is, the server is fully under their control and in these scenarios, the buyer is at risk to loose his real money. REAL money :) The seller (if he actually did send the server info) could then change the password on the server. The seller has nothing to loose either way. PayPal doesn't see that the buyer is loosing real money, and the seller has nothing to loose.

IF EVERYONE COULD PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST HIS EMAIL ADDRESSES AND MSN ADDRESSES USED, that would be wicked ;) I need an up to date email, or forum posting from this scammer, and I will dig around for information.
 
fucking scammers, their EVERYWHERE, hope these mother fuckers get what they deserve, check out my thread I just got scammed for $90
