Hello,

I pay with Paypal, but now i wanna refund. And they is gone... Any idea?

I can go to resulotion centre, but maybe he is good boy?

I got scammed by him too. Dispute is already opened. I already made a thread. You should have seen that. $420 is big price. Mine was $26.

I had a talk with PP. They are takin serious actions on this big time scammer with the help of online cyber crime. They say they are tracking him and will show results ASAP.

He also goes by the name "Juztin Wayne" on YM! , and "quality4servers" on MSN Messenger.

Also, in my support ticket, rapid leech hosting claims there is no "Juztin Wayne" as shown here:

I have an open PayPal investigation, this is the only way to go.

ANYONE recently scammed by him,
Open a dispute and:

-DO NOT, WHATEVER YOU DO, CANCEL the dispute REGARDLESS of what he says... He knows disputes can only be opened once per transaction, he is trying to trick you...

-Point out the fact that the user probably has more than one open dispute

-Point out this thread here (including all of the links in my post)

-Point out the other thread I posted up there ^

-Point out the fact that this user scammed ElektrikHost.com as well


I will be making a website, with documentation (and how PayPal did or did not help me through it). If PayPal refuses to refund my hard earned money, my business & money will go fully to AlertPay. For now, all of my logs/screenshots can be found at http://elektrikhost.com/dispute/

I will keep everyone updated on my current dispute, although he has done a god job making it look like I am the scammer

My advice is go for a paypal claim, and do not close despite whatever is mentioned in the dispute.
Your chances of gaining a refund will drastically be reduced if you do close the dispute, as you will be giving all power to the host to decide if he or she should refund you. Once a dispute is closed, you will never be able to open the dispute again. If alot of disputes are opened a red flag may arise and heighten your chances of refund.

I mean no offense in any way to the thread creator. However, the proof presented is undeniable fact which supports the claim in which you scam.
The way you responded is proof enough of what would be called a "guilt trip"

1) "and stupid u r ??", I would never host with a host who has such language publicly displayed.
2)"and stupid u r ??", Clearly demonstrates poor vocabulary skills or lack of words. If you don't know more words than "stupid", your clearly not suitable for being a host, in a opinion. I don't think anyone here would want to be called stupid.
3) "u dont know how did u add on msn ??", What are you saying? Check your sentence structure before you take out the small dust in another's eye.

Sorry, but I find your tone of voice to be highly rude, and argument inducing.
 
I just have one question:

1) Could it be possible for freebc3 to create a messenger and pretend to be someone else and scam?
I am just asking about possibility.
 
Well what did you expect from buying a server off a small one man show here on WJunction ? Its your own fault you should have looked into the company more,

- Reviews
- Age
- Points
- Other choices

and everything else. Hopefully you will get your money back but how ever if he calls paypal and calls it an 'tangible' item them most likely not since basically all virtual services are 'tangible' items
