JDownloader although I hate how slow it is to start up (because it's java based). But I love that it self-extracts files and picks up on popular file sharing hosts.
JDownloader. Tried Mipony for a while, but it was awful. Gave the JDownloader 2 beta a shot and was pleasantly surprised by it. Feels a lot snappier than the old one and I believe it's lighter on resource usage as well.
v. 2.0, even though still in beta, has greatly improved memory management, has never crashed on me and can handle huge download lists like a charm unlike the "stable" 0.9 version.
What I love the most about jD is that it's cross-platform so I can use it on my Linux machines.
