I think the best answer would be depending on where you are personally located at.

If you're in the Russia, you would most probably be saying your PC is Female. If you're in Germany, you'd most probably be saying it's Male.

Why? Simple...

What does Russians call their homeland?
Answer: Motherland

What does Germans call their homeland?
Answer: Fatherland

Depending on where you are, that's how you define your PC. Male or Female. :P

Is it because "Windows XP has Microsoft SAM" and "Windows 7 has Microsoft Anna"?

Windows 7 users get's the girl and Windows XP get's the Guy
 
I think its female because females are better able to handle programmed jobs while males usually bring innovations which computer can't do by itself.
 
according to the test it's female, but based on my computers tempor it has to be male.. it knows when im wasting time and crashes only when im doing non important things.. maybe its a girl thing to mess like that idk :P
