is WJ banned in any countries ?

hello

I have a Client asking to be moved to a dif RDP server cause one of my servers IP's is banned at WJ (news to me)
I don't really care about the ban
but im wondering why someone would be trying to access WJ from an RDP in the first place
probably someone looking to bump his thread (likely a competitor)
frankly the thought of someone using my servers to bump his thread and compete with me kinda pisses me off
im tempted to give WJ all my IP's so they can ban them all and remove this risk

but im also wondering is maybe WJ is banned in a few countries and this is the only way some people can access WJ
if that is the case it seems a poor way to access WJ as im sure they are tracking IP's and will in time ban all RDP IP's

We do not ban country-wide IP addresses. If bumping is to be found, we skip warnings, infractions and ban both the user bumping and OP for a set period dependant on amount of bumping.
