Is Twitter even relevant for an online business anymore?

With all the people wanting to just get followers, what is the point of tweeting to people that care less about you or your products?

I saw accounts with a couple million followers, but I when I went to check those accounts, a ton of the followers are either fake, or absolutely irrelevant to what those accounts are all about.

Without going into much detail, are any of you here use Twitter as an advertising platform? But the main question is, do you make any $$ off of it? I mean, you really make good $$ from Twitter.

You can find potential customers on twitter and build good relationships with them. Then you will have the chance to make money from them. Build relationship first by giving them some good advices, giveaway...The
responsiveness of followers is more important than the number of followers.
