I just got a reply back from Steve Machol from a support ticket i submited

In addition that license is being used for a Warez site which is also a violation of the license agreement. There will be no transfer of this license as long as it's being used illegally.

Meh they are just being idiots now that will just encourage people to use nulled board so they will lose money

whats the point in buying a license if its just going to be inactive lol

When it comes to may I am not sure if i will renew my license if they are just going to make it inactive.
