Is Pinapfile a legit or a scam?

Hi,

I have tried for some time upload archives to pinapfile and i did manage to receive this week two payments of $1 for the downloads. Later i spread the referral link and also did manage to get a few users to enlist to the program. From referrals i generate $14 that is pending (probably not paying i don't know) and after last request i accumulate $31 ready for withdraw.

Any suggestions or comments?

On Russian forums about hacking. There is a lot of threads there of people showing there profits. Unreal $2000 for 1000 installs.
