Is legal a website for Advertising of fb pages ?

Hi everyone, i would ask you if you know if is legal develop a website for sell and buy advertising on the facebook pages.
For advertising i mean the links posted on the facebook diary.

its legal,but you can not spam the social sites.if someone share content on the social sites from your website,thats not a problem.
