Blogger allow porn blog if u not share site rip u can't have DCMA complain, but setting your blogger to adult visitor, u can setting on setting panel, if you want to share warez on blogger its hard to run but my friend have good traffik and the web run up now, to reduce the risk your account ' removed put page Contac Us, TOS, FAQ, and other notification to reduce DCMA complain :D hope help u

Go with tumblr, blogger doesn't allow such images.

Also with tumblr you can get a lot of views easier especially through their follower and repost blogposts. Your images will be reposted on other tumblrs and people will come back to your tumblr through the other tumblrs.
