is it necessary to update sitemap.xml daily in webmaster tool?
or once a week?

and also how to increase your result in google?

it getting increase/decrease. I don't know how to maintain it .

Try submitting daily and then stop for some period of time. if you still get visitors you really don't need to submit :D

When I upload my sitemaps, it's usually over than 1k links in it. If this website brand new, then google indexing 1k pages around a month of longer.
If ill change sitemap each day, what effect it will give to indexing of my pages?

Fore example i remember social website mixx, I have view how was made their sitemap. They have thouthands of new pages in a day, so their sitemap was structured as many of files: by date of post, by category etc
and main sitemap file consist all that sub sitemaps in it
