I want help on this please.

Now I own I file hosting website, is it legal to host Copyrighted files until the report ?

For example:
Now we all know it is illegal to share cracked photoshop, that will make damage for the company but.
Is it legal to host it as file hosting website?
Is it legal to host it until the file owner report it?

Now ofcourse after he report the file we will remove it but the question is, is it legal to keep it on my website before the owner report it?

Please help me here, just making things clear.
