I just Start a website 27th October and today 30th October my website rank is 13,627,162.
Is here only 13,627,162 (my site got last rank.) or my site is going popular???

Their are thousands of websites not even in alexa. I have a few that are made for clients that are up and running but haven't being advertised yet so their not on alexa.

There are way more than 22 mil websites.
Probably millions which have no alexa rank at all (e.g. private domains or extremely low traffic sites).

As I understand there are 90-100 million registered domains.

However, there are only about 40 million "sites" (using the term as loosly as possible). By sites I mean, a domain with at least 1 file on it. Most domains are parked or not in use.
