WP is best for Warez nd all. it has loads nd loads of Plugin. jst the thing is that WP is a bit heavy

Datalife is the best option for Warez Portals.
Megaupload.bz, Freshwap.net, Heroturko.org .. all them uses it.

DLE doesn't overload server easily. My site have a database of 950mb+ and it it loading pretty faster than many big wordpress based sites..

I don't think drupal is a good choice for warez, but joomla neither. Something like wp or dle will be better.
