Is Anything Wrong With Cloudflare

Heya All , actually just today i added my site to cloudflare ... but seems there isen't something wrong with then , from the min i added am seeing some random pages on website , even the os is being showed up as Ubuntu but am having centos ... my site is up via ip address but from domain its just show weired things ..

Well , just a hrs ago i was seeing some rtorrent page , now this , in actual my website is this , i have accessed it via ip , so here it is ...

So what you guys suggest me , will i add my name servers back , or will wait for the propogation or something , well i added the cloudflare 5 hrs back .. so any clue whts happening

What was the issue? This appeared to be a server issue and not a CloudFlare issue.
