iPhone 5 released & discussion

I like the way how they handled the transformation from the large plug to the small plug (called Lightning) .. you just buy a converter (of course from Apple).

Oh yeah, and the biggest news ... you have now 5 rows of apps instead of 4.

I just made coffee with it.

Couldn't resist laughing. Most Android launchers support 7x7 grid xD

yeah its released..... , i like the laser keyboard :) nice idea , but too overpriced will buy iphone 5 china version :P :)), else i love my Samsung glaxay Y :P

I love my fancy iPhone, I dont care. My iPhone drops more panties than an Android does :|
You're just sad. Nothing better to brag about iPhone so you bragged with a fake story  I'm not completely against Apple but for my own good, I've decided to cross over to Android. Yes, I'm more against with its super-restricted over-hyped/claimed iOS series. They say things are easy to do, fun to do with it, heck Android is much better.

I don't like all Android phones, I'm also picky with the design. It'll be great if we can run Android on the iPhone 5 and that its surface are made with Gorilla glass etc, not that one-time use type glass screen >_>

I've dropped my HTC phone with Gorilla glass, and I can't see the marks yet.

Apple needs to ...

1. Stop overpricing their products
2. Improve their UI design (ie. a new look, not those same square rounded cornered icons)
3. Use harder substance for exterior hardware (ie. Gorilla glass)
4. Implement features that makes you feel the iOS is actually easy to use and stop with B.S. security locks. Can't make BT files transfers, WTF is up with that?
5. Stop releasing S versions.
6. And stop suing its manufacturers or change manufacturers

This image pretty much sums up it all:

Iphone 5 doesn't bring anything new! 8 mpx camera (other phones already has 12 mpx camera with xenon flash since long time ago), design very similar to iphone 4, low resolution display (my xperia s has bigger resolution and it's much cheaper), no hdmi...etc etc etc..

Honestly, the iPhone 5 is over hyped. There's nothing special about it!
I am a iPhone user currently, and I'm thinking of switching to android as well.
I believe you can do much more with android without rooting, than a jailbroken iPhone.

The stretched screen just doesn't amaze me haha. Look at the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
Crazy huge screen, but hey! It's not 5.5" for no reason.

Just my opinion.

I have an iPhone 4. In the last year, Apple has lost its ummmphness. I have been thinking of switching to the S3 for a few weeks now. We will see....

No offense guys but when you buy an Apple product, you pay 70% just for the name.

Their phones and laptops are just WAY overpriced. If you have money to throw around then sure, get as much phones you want. I tested one I got from my friend and there was absolutely nothing that was so much better that would change my mind to give up on my Android and buy iPhone.

Just my personal thought on it.

The one positive thing I will say about iPhones is that their products are literally solid.
(most) Android phones feel cheaply made (the actual hardware). I haven't had a chance to hold a Galaxy S III, however I will defiantly give Apple a +1 for the "solid feel" of their products in your hand (no homo).

ETA: But no matter what I'd still go with Androids. FUCK Apple.

@Thrill? SOLID? Are you kidding me? They are the most delicate piece of shit! Try playing catch with an iphone. See the drop test videos on youtube for iphone vs galaxy s2. Who thought of using GLASS on a device which keeps on falling? Almost all of my friends who got iphone 4 have their screens broken right now.

Also gone are those days when android used to feel cheap. Go and touch HTC One X, Xperia S, HTC 8X ..all are coming around with GREAT designs and feel!
