It depends what you like ... personally I like vivid pictures so my vote goes to the Iphone 4S (my own phone).

A friend of mine has a Galaxy SII and he swears it has the best camera. When testing it my black shirt came out blue. By changing the settings he improved it a little, but no match for my Iphone.
