make a paypal claim as i dont think you be seeing the owner again

even though i think paypal will close it asap but i think if others have paid and make a claim then it will freeze is paypal
 
I got server yesterday, it was instantly activated, but I asked for a ram upgrade today,
I opened ticket abt this, my ram still has not.been upgraded.

please respond on ur situation
 
you should of read that he asnt been on for 2weeks the owner and support as now died before buying

so if you dont get a upgrade in next few days then you have just wasted money

I submitted a support ticket them yesterday when one of there nodes 14NL had went down I had a response within some hours after they had got the node back online.

i noticed they only reply asap if you paying loads of money

so really they should make a notice on there site saying we will reply if paying over a certain amount which my guess be $100 lol
 
I sent in a sales ticket asking a few questions and got my answer within 12 hours and it answered all my questions fully.

Dont know about support tickets though.
