If your vps server isn't activated most likely they're waiting for new IP ranges to be provision. I recommend you submitting a support to to there support department to get a better respond this is there sales thread not there support thread.

Added after 1 51 minutes:

I ordered a vps 10hours ago but it still not setup. Opened a support ticket but was not answered either. Its stated on website: INSTANT SETUP! under virtual private server features.

Can the Custom VPS Plans be upgraded?

Hello,

I have a the VM512 and a custom package. I don't see an option for add-on/upgrades/downgrades for my custom package. It's best you open a ticket and ask though. ;)

A couple of there templates I've noticed have had some issues with false storage space.

Here's a response received by David @09/29/2011 03:17:

I have requested our NL techs check that the disk array in the host node is functioning properly. This should be resolved soon.
Remember they don't check here frequently daily. so its best to open a ticket.

Were is the support on ionvm i requested a few days grace to pay my account they did not reply to my ticket and just terminated my account WOW thanks ionvm now loosing all my data and i have been a client for 4 month and support was never so bad. very disapointed veryX-(
 
Sorry not gona work since i did not make a backup.
Why dont you guys just check your tickets.
why do you have support when there is none.:facepalm:
