Internal Server Error after upgrading CentOS 5.4

Was doing a routine upgrade to CentOS and after all was done my server shot up an internal server error. NO worries this happens and usually only takes a running of /script/cleanup/ to get it back right again. So I did it but the error persists.

Any suggestions?

run easyapache

can't has kloxo panel. Also I am unable to ftp into the server so some permisions had to have been changed.

hm, SCP into it, take filebackup also db. then give a fresh install of OS and kloxo.
