Blackhat Interesting SEO question

I have two blog, but same content. One of them is a Blogger.com blog (blogspot.com domain), the other is on a different purchased domain, and the later is the main blog. The Blogger.com blog contains all the posts, texts, pictures, etc, but no real file hosting links, instead of the file hosting links it contains only links to the corresponding posts of the main blog. The main blog is programmed in a way it doesn't allow viewing the content by browsers / bots without JavaScript and cookies enabled. If JavaScript test passes, it let the visitor enter the main blog by JavaScript redirection. If JavaScript test fails, it shows only a static page with a link and legend: please switch on JavaScript and cookies. My question is: will I get bad grading in Google's pagerank if the links from the Blogger.com blog leads to a static and hence identical webpage?
