I'm NL, and they never update applications like IDM/Deluge/firefox.every other server companies updating them and they never ever having any problems.But with instantrdp,they always say that if they update them it's not good for the server,
IDM is still 5.18, when 6 is already available.firefox always asking to update.filezilla not updated yet.And every evening [IST time 7am to 12pm] some dude using full bandwidth for 9 days now. Opened tickets and no help,now support is down.I have 16 more days,I'm moving after that.
 
Guys sorry for the inconvenience caused , Open a support ticket our website was down and we were also busy but we will deal with your every problem

plus I believe there are lot abuser .

We told every user that we will not update Deluge and IDM many times . It have big bugs in the newest version . We are selling RDP from last 3 year we have experience in this , if you want a newer version of IDM and deluge then it would be better for both of us that you seek other RDP providers . We do not want unstable server just because some users want the newer version and about Mozilla and other software we will update them all you have to do is mention in the ticket .

We are not going to end the Company there is no doubt about this . And this lead to your last question about the abuser which I have already explained in your ticket .

@BUGBAER you said you took care of the abuser then why since last week the server is slow again.
Heres the screen,Same scenariao,Opened filezilla 3 tabs,Uploading/using 99% bandwidth non stop.All i can do is wait till he finishes.
Abuser is User - minh it's ok for 30-40 mins,But hours? Why would I pay for others huh?

Did you report us in the ticket ?
It is not possible to monitor the server 24x7. How would we know when any one is abusing or not until any one report us . Also you did not open any ticket regarding this issue from last 2 weeks
 
Someone was doing DDoS to our website that is why out hosting take action about it , we will fix that soon .
Hmm... still down. :'(

We are trying to work the issue with hostgator . It will be fixed today .

I have a problem on NL RDP. Ryushare.com not working at browser. Please fix it!
