please use ftp to upload fsc or wu ..
the speed is very fast then Zoom Uploader !!
fs you can chose Zoom Uploader ot ftp . sometimes ftp fast but sometimes Zoom Uploader fast too.

I just checked those files you are extracting are 18 GB file, that means you are copy and pasting a 18 GB file in same drive and the SATA - II disk have 100 MBPS read or write speed and there are also user in a disk and they also work on it .
