Torrent downloading 4-5 MB/sec (private tracker)
downloading from fileserve: 25 MB/sec (single file)
downloading from hotfile: 4-5 MB/sec (single file)
Ftp uploading to filesonic: 1,5-2 MB/sec (single file)
Ftp uploading to fileserve: 1,5-2 MB/sec (single file)
Ftp uploading to hotfile: 2-2,5 MB/sec (single file)
 
Always stock ? Can I install some appz ? (IDM, µTorrent, Image Thumnailer)
Video splitting with Ultra Video Splitting ok ? (it doesnt load CPU too much, similar as rar/unrar)

How is reactivity ? How many people on each server ?

There are lots and lots of softwares already installed. But still if you need something, just make a request to us and we shall fulfill is within no time.

If it really doesn't take much resources, I'll allow that.

Everyone on our server are extremely happy with the speeds.
We keep 8-12 clients per server depending on the activity of the users and ensure that it remains fast.

I can see your yahoo messages, you said Ultra Video Splitter is not working. I already said you the solution for it.
Kindly use other portable video converter, or request via support ticket if you need something installed.
 
My monitor has got some problems and I've given it for repairing, it should arrive tomorrow.

It's not yet 24 hours now, you should have waited atleast for 24 hours as I usually give fast support but could not this time due to some reasons. I would have extended your RDP by 3 days because of this inconvenience.
Moreover you have already tried my service 3 months before and so you must already be knowing about my support speed.
You already filed a dispute, I will refund you simply because I don't like unhappy customers.
Your refund will be processed tomorrow because I can't open my paypal at public cafe.
