use by zoomuploader and web browser (cant uploaded and download)

@ ladykiller88 - Kindly remove the IP from the post. That was very old login , I guess your account is hacked or something and that might be the reason you are not aware of your new login which you use daily.
Also, your invoice is overdue , pay that to get your account reactive.
