TERRIBLE service, RDP is almost always down. I barely have any time on my RDP. The online chat is bad, speaks like he's 12. I really don't suggest this.

Biz, the server went down (Power Off) unexpectedly. We've reported the issue to the datacenter and they're working on fixing that so that it won't happen again.

Kindly be patient. You should open a ticket just at the time the server went down so that I could have reported that to DC earlier itself.

Also, if you can't be patient then we can give you a full REFUND. We don't like unhappy clients. :)

What's wrong with the torrent speed? I've never seen the up speed of any of my torrents going more than 10kb/s, but everything else looks normal
 
We don't know your username, server details ,etc.
Kindly open a ticket so that we can look into it.

Tickets are the only way to get support.

We already talk to the moderators about this , and we give our user what we want .

This offer was for our existing client , not for new user . You are always welcome if you want slot.
 
Its not about buying reviews. It was just a contest to give a RDA. Also, this was just for our existing users not for everyone. I clearly mentioned that they should leave "an honest review" about us.

Also, this is not the way we got reviews.

We're into this business from 1 year. You can see our past reviews.
I started the contest just once in this month where users left a few reviews after starting this. Like I mentioned, it was just for existing users. It not buying reviews. Existing users will obviously leave honest review. If one user doesn't like my RDA, why would he leave good review ?

Also, I got this approved by WJ mods before starting.
 
hi, Today I have bought a RDP by a friend suggestion ...

I wanted to install media player classic and some thing which I need on making clips, But it always asks me the admin pass...

What is this ? Aren't we able to install that basic things ? are we ?

Basic things are already installed ,
We can install anything you want unless that abuse the server (like CPU and RAM usage etc) , just create a ticket for that and it will be done .

yeah I just saw them already installed...

Sorry for the noob question lol .

Edited : I can not run any kind of HD movies with media player classic... I think you need to install some codecs...
