AWStats is automatically installed,
you need to enable it through:
WHM > Statistics Software Configuration > Tick what you need > Save

I would like to add that you should use caution is you have a high volume of usage on the server though as awstats will take quite a bit of resources when it generates statistics. I would only use this for smaller traffic sites, if you start getting a large amount of traffic using Google Analytics is a better option.

Ask your host saini, you can only access that option if you have access to WHM, that's what iHate thought you had access to.

He might require the WHM access and what Sp32 said he needs his host to contact for it.
