install uTorrent on Windows 2008 for RDP user

i want to install uTorrent on windows 2008 for RDP user , its usually ask for admin password , how can i fix that ?

Easy fix I used to do for some companies I worked for in the past:

Tell your users (or do it yourself when you set up the users) to:

Right click on utorrent > Troubleshoot Compatibility > Recommended Settings > Test Program > Save settings.

You only have to do this once and it's set for future use.

You may ask your users to use µTorrent Portable, it should work without admin access and can be configured differently by each users as per their needs.
