install systeme without formating

hello i have a big problem . i have delete all my files system and i want install an other system without delete my data. thanks

Load up windows on a cd or usb, then during setup shrink one of the other partitions and create a new one which will be used to install the new system.

Or use a linux live usb and just install linux, then do the same by partitioning the hard drive.

If the first option is not possible during windows install load linux usb first and partition the hdd using the preloaded tools then run the install for windows.

Pop in a windows CD, Shrink the volume, create new partition install Windows on the new Partition.

After installing open -> My Computer, Click on the other partition,- -> Find your files.

i can t install a other system and can t also format again my hard disk ;(

buy a hard disk(1st' to boot) then install OS find your files.
or
borrow a OS hard disk then find your files.

Make new account and login to it and then copy all user files from old account into new account then remove old account simple.

thank you guys i solve my problem by formatting my hard disk with a external device on a other computer and i install and other system but i lost all my files ;(
