Load up windows on a cd or usb, then during setup shrink one of the other partitions and create a new one which will be used to install the new system.
Or use a linux live usb and just install linux, then do the same by partitioning the hard drive.
If the first option is not possible during windows install load linux usb first and partition the hdd using the preloaded tools then run the install for windows.
thank you guys i solve my problem by formatting my hard disk with a external device on a other computer and i install and other system but i lost all my files ;(
