Host never went down, PM me the details.
There is a possibility that your IP could be banned from cPanel. Try opening your site using a proxy to confirm the same.
Therefore, Send us your IP.

I did some research and it seems that was only for IPs from South America. Any way, everything is now working fine again!

Our shared servers were never down. Your IP could have been blocked due to security reasons.
Please create a Support Ticket for a quick support in any type of cases.

Added after 1 Day 3 Hours:

Site down again, second time in two days.

When I raise a ticket a support lady (may be a guy in disguise) replies after the server goes back up saying that everything is fine from their end as if nothing has happened at all.

Bull crap!

Hello Sir,

The server has never gone down a single time since months.
Also, You are doing something that is making our security system block your IP everytime.
And we had a "Labour Day" Holiday in India yesterday, That's why our whole staff wasn't available & replies were made a bit late.

This is a Sales thread. So, Please stop posting wrong allegations about us over your silly mistakes of getting your IP banned.
In such cases, You can always try opening your website using a Proxy to verify if your site is UP or not.

Let me know if you need any other information.
