@-sammy- Yes is ok, but for time to post is not rilly ok.

Perfect time to post on social is:

6:30 (with content posted on website over the night or after 22PM), Why 6:30AM ? because we have some people at 7PM to work which join on social in time which is finish to drink coffe.
Next perfect time is 12:30PM - because at 1:00PM we have people who take brake for lunch and in left time will join on social.
Next perfect time is 3:30PM - because we have some people who finish the job at 4:00PM and when come home to have some fresh news...
Next perfect time is 6:30PM - some people finish the job at this hour and the situation is same a 4:00PM.
Next perfect time and the last is 21:30 - we want to give for people last fresh news before an grate sleep.

Nice information. But I think Google+ value has not remain same as it was before. The reason is that they made shared link URLs no Follow.
Also I observed the engagement of people in the Google+ communities is decreasing.
