It may help for alexa, but you will lose organic traffics dramatically, google has long-term experience with fake traffics and a site that gets ifram traffic will get penalties for search engines especially Google.

after i post this i searched about it on google and found out a lot of them do Uterus, just search on google and you will see forums where people are selling hidden iframes,even DP

Nice tutorial bro. Well we can also do by installing the alexa toolbar and making your site as homepage. And install auto refresh addon in firefox and make it to 60 seconds. And within few days your alexa goes high.
