In Search of reliable offshore shared host ?

hi guys i need a good reliable offshore shared hosting i can afford $2 per month or i can pay semiannually for about $6 for 6 months if any of you know any good realiable offhsore shared host then plz do tell me ?

i need atleast 3 GB space and 40 - 50 GB bandwidth with unlimited features (i dont own a very big site just need it for my own satisfaction :) ) ... and nothing big i know i dont want too much so i guess i can find a good offshore host in that amount what do you guys say ?

What about "knwnservers" are they good and reliable ?

500 GB WTF is impossible man i need what is possible :D anyway have anyone had been with knwnservers i heared that they are very old in this business and they offer a unique and reliable hostings for shared packages is this is true ?
 
I know someone with them, and they lasted 5 hours. Didnt reply to tickets, bad quality, dont buy from em.

and by the way, 500GB is actually possible :)

500GB for $2 does scream OVERSELLING to me too :p

In regards to Knowinservers (not sure if that's who you meant?) - you should take a search around, find some reviews and build up your own picture of them :)
 
thankx guys but i told u on my first post that i dont got a big budget and can only pay $1 to $2 per month or i can pay semiannually for $6 thats it Daringhost cost me $3 and i cant afford that :(
