I did but he is trying to say they are dupes when i know they aren't.. i requested one payment today and already had one pending a week ago but today they now say complete but i never received any money. I might just have to stop using this host & that's to bad because i have a site that has a lot of traffic.

The balance is now correct and your next payments on any site are going to be processed normally. Next time if we make a mistake and pay you earnings that you did not actually earn, let us know, that is what you should have done. Thank you.
