Pinkside , it depends , fee is always there . only chili doesn't have fee as they use business account or something , every site has a fee WB, PAYZA OR PAYPAL.

Sasuke :D , dude maybe same people are seeing your images , you get paid when they record that ad has been watched i guess so , multiple views are also counted , i have seen this but you get paid for 1 only.
