I had a membership there and it is a good community. You need a invitation to register plus 27$ of monthly cost.

Is there actual unique content there or is half of their stuff just imported from warez-bb and sites as such.

or do they actually privately crack stuff themselves?

It is good for cracks and group buys. And yes they have their own exclusive cracks.
