I used to get payments which didn't have any fees.. did that change for now? and if so how much is the charge? because if the fee is $4 I lose what I earn because I don't earn more then $5 a week..
 
That is up to Paypal. We are working with them so you can receive payments without feeds being deduced from your accounts. Refer to Paypal page to see rates, and please be patient because it is not up to us.

for p-W place the only way to remove ban obviously is via advertisement.....

If you are planning to be long you should make an agreement with them and also add a imgdino banner there............with some cost (have no idea further) but that is a SAFE way it should work....

You should invest some money for imgdino advertiment (via banners) in high traffic places only.

Can't find any other reason to remove ban even if multiple people will request it.

we are here to help each other (if we didn't like your service we didn't comment for help at all :P but we like it) and this way is the safest and will expand-spread also imgdino even more

No, we were experiencing trouble with hardware on the svs. We are currently fixing it, and will try our best to have zero downtime during this.
