hi I have a problem yesterday my 4 commissioned a withdrawal but I have not always got more in 12 hours and now it has not yet

Hi , i have a problem with your service. I'm trying it , but i notice that all clicks made from italian IP are counted as Rank C instead Rank B. Could you fix the problem?
