This is my ImgCandy stats. I getting my traffic from Pornleech mostly. You saying we will ignore all incoming traffic by presume all users using VPN or Proxy.

This is incorrect logic, you can't burn all field just bcoz there are lots of bugs. Beside you will still make money from users who shared at Pornleech bcoz there are lots of visitors exist who are still not using proxy. So this is not fair, this is kind of scamming. Pay less for their traffic or down their traffic quality level. Ignoring entire traffic is a harsh solution and not professional.
